Vendor App Policy

Introduction

This Vendor App Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and acceptable usage of the DOODER Vendor mobile application (“Vendor App”) operated by ZETLY INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using the Vendor App, you agree to comply with this Policy along with the Vendor Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Purpose of the Vendor App

The Vendor App enables vendors and service providers to manage listings, pricing, availability, orders, customer interactions, and settlements on the DOODER platform. The App must be used strictly for lawful business operations.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Only authorized staff may access the Vendor App
• All activities performed through your account are deemed authorized by you

Acceptable Use Policy

Vendors shall not:

• Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Manipulate pricing, availability, or order status dishonestly
• Misuse customer data or contact users outside the platform
• Attempt to bypass platform fees, commissions, or controls

Data Usage & Privacy

Customer and transactional data accessed through the Vendor App must be used solely for order fulfillment and service delivery. Any unauthorized use, storage, or sharing of data is strictly prohibited.

Performance & Quality Standards

Vendors are expected to maintain high service standards, timely order handling, accurate listings, and professional behavior. Poor performance may result in reduced visibility, penalties, or suspension.

Suspension & Restrictions

DOODER reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Vendor App access in cases of policy violation, fraud, legal non-compliance, repeated complaints, or security risks.

Policy Updates

This Vendor App Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Vendor App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration and jurisdiction as specified in the Vendor Terms of Use.
